The closetassembly
One column of four crates in the middle, a rod each side at a child’s reach, and a long shelf over all of it. The column is built on the bench round the crates it holds; the long shelf is what ties it to the walls.
A closet 66-3/4" wide and 24-3/4" deep, with French doors. The two pine shelves above, at 72" and 91-3/4", go in first and are shown for reference. Step through it below: each step’s parts slide in, tinted, with their letters from the cut sheet.

Built from the design script’s numbers. 1/2" BCX plywood at its actual 15/32", a cell every 12-3/4", the column the cabinet system: columns three sheets thick, a knotty pine face frame, half-lapped. Brad lengths assume an 18-ga brad nailer and are chosen so none comes through. The view’s front is the room side. Arrow keys also step.
